Our Translation & Localization Process

Once you give us the files to be translated, we assign the project to a project manager who carefully analyzes the project and promptly informs you of any questions or concerns they might have. If your company has a translation management system that you like to use we can discuss adapting to your system. If you have translation memories or glossaries that you would like use to work with we will be happy to accomodate that as well. After receiving and analyzing the files, the project manager will then select from our network translation and localization specialists who are best suited to your project. The translator will then translate the files and pass them on to the proofreader who will proofread and edit the translation and send it back to the project manager. Our desktop publishing specialist will then do any formatting that is required on the files and the project manager will make a final review of the files to find typos, formatting errors, etc. If software testing is required we can provide that as well. When this has been completed the project manager will send you a final files which will appear and read as though they were composed in the target language.
